
◆ “My 2012…John Woo’s movie and Korean activity.”
After finishing the drama, Worlds Within, it was 3 years until she made her screen comeback with the movie, Today. For many people, they just thought she took a long break. However, it was not disclosed to the media that during that time, she was involved in constant activity.
In the last 3 years, she has been busy traveling between Korea and China. In 2010, she appeared in the movie, Today, and Director Jang Joon Hwan’s movie, Camellia. In addition, from 2009 until now, she has been filming Director Wong Kar Wai’s The Grand Master.

“It was a long wait, but I thought to myself that since I had made a promise with the director, this is a movie that I absolutely have to do. During that [wait] time, I did several projects and learned many things, so I want to and wonder if I can show more mature acting. Personally, I have big hopes for this movie.”
In addition, next year we can expect to see Song Hye Kyo frequently in Korea as well. After filming Life and Death, her next move will be a local [Korean] activity. For her fans who have waited a long time, she hinted at greeting them on the television screen.
